Within any network like ours, a range of products and experiences exist across the 47 parks. This prompted a discussion on extending the brand. Coupled with a fragmented consumer market across age, life stage, demographic and nationality (amongst other things), it became apparent that visitors to our parks all have different expectations, needs and objectives they are looking to have met on their holiday.
We also conducted extensive research with 1400 of you (our customers) which showed that many visitors wanted to better understand what they were getting before arrival at a park and over 70% of you felt that a segmented structure would be a good way to go about addressing this. International benchmarking across the accommodation sector suggested that we were not alone in this thinking and approach.
We believe the brand segmentation detailed below and evident on our website and on in-park signage, allows us do a better job of ensuring customer expectations and reality will be more closely aligned where it matters, on arrival at one of our holiday parks. This approach offers greater clarity and helps you (our visitors) understand the range of facilities and amenities that are on offer in each location like heated swimming pools, play equipment, WiFi and more. The three categories Premium, Superior and Classic Holiday Parks better communicate what you can expect on arrival and will better cater for your varying expectations, needs and budgets.

Everything you've come to expect from a TOP 10 including a kids playground, BBQ area, TV Room plus the best WiFi possible* and selected recreational facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Almost all of these parks offer units and motels.
All of the amenities of a Classic TOP 10 and somewhere to swim in the summer (either in the park or within easy walking distance), plus Sky or Smart TV streaming service in the TV room and easy access to basic groceries and coffee. These parks all have motel units on site plus some additional recreational facilities and amenities.
Offering all the facilities of the other two categories, these parks also offer a heated swimming pool or spa pool complex, Sky or Smart TV streaming service in the TV room and motel units, plus our most comprehensive range of recreation facilities and amenities for everyone to enjoy.
