Friendly welcoming hosts. Beautifully maintained grounds and lovely modern comfortable and homey apartment. Huge bed with plenty of room to spread out. Our two bedroom apartment was roomy and spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Such a friendly and helpful team. The 2 people I dealt with were just so lovely and welcoming. Great location, lots of clean facilities, and a very nice family vibe around the camp…..we were in the overflow area which was just as good as none overflow⛺️

This holiday park is excellent for either tenting or campervans. Caters for all ages, either young or old. The children loved the pool and scooting around on the wee bikes. Toilets and showers were very clean.

Park FAQs

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here
Is New Plymouth TOP 10's communal kitchen fully equipped?

Our communal kitchen has fridge freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles, ovens, cooktops and sinks. If you need cups, plates, pots, pans etc... these can be borrowed from reception and must be returned clean to reception.
Is New Plymouth TOP 10 Pet Friendly?

New Plymouth TOP 10 Holiday Park accepts dogs on sites by pre-arrangement, excluding busy times (which includes our peak season [mid December - end of January], public holiday weekends and major events). For more information, please see New Plymouth's dog policy here.
Do you have guest laundry facilities?

Yes, we have 2-coin operated washers and dryers. They cost $4-$6 per load (Using $2 coins) and take about 40 mins per cycle.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
