New Plymouth TOP 10 Holiday Park

Yes! Our holiday park is designed for families to relax, explore and enjoy time together.

Our children's playground has a trampoline, photo board, swings and slide. There is a giant Chess set, Go Karts for hire and a heated swimming pool.

The communal TV lounge has a selection of board games and puzzles (and extra board games are available from reception).

Check-in is available from 2pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10am on your departure day. 

If you’d like to request an early arrival or late departure, please contact the Park team directly — we’ll do our best to help where possible.

There is room to park one vehicle out side each unit or cabin. Please park outside your own unit or cabin.
Let reception know if you have more than one vehicle.

Sites, please park your vehicle on your allocated site.

Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a trailer.

If you’re arriving outside reception hours, please contact our reception team before your arrival so we can arrange an easy check-in process.

Linen and towels are provided in some accommodation options.
All units and cabins have pillows with pillowcases.

Generally the Bunk-room cabins and the Deluxe Cabins bring your own bedding and towels.

The Standard Two Bedroom Units have bottom sheets on all beds, but own bedding and towels are required.

All units, cabins and the cottage have a small kitchen with a fridge, toaster, jug, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.

Studio Units, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom Units and Studio with bunkrooms also have a cooking hotplate and a microwave.

There are three units with full ovens as well as microwaves - One Bedroom Extra, Three Bedroom Unit and one of the standard two bedroom units.

Studio units, one bedroom units, two bedroom units, Three Bedroom units, and studio with bunkrooms have their own bathrooms with Toilet and Showers.

The Cottage, Deluxe Cabins and Bunk room cabins share the two communal bathroom blocks.

Yes, we have guest laundry facilities available with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Each load costs $6 and takes approximately 40 minutes per cycle. Washing powder and coin change are available from reception.

Yes! Our communal kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, including fridge freezers, microwaves, toasters, kettles, ovens, cooktops and sinks.

Need extra kitchen items? Check in your unit/cabin kitchen cupboards or cups, plates, pots and pans are available to borrow from reception. We just ask that they’re returned clean and ready for the next guest.

Yes, we welcome dogs on sites by pre-arrangement (conditions apply).

To make sure everyone enjoys their stay, dogs are not permitted during our busiest periods, including peak season (mid-December to the end of January), public holiday weekends and major events.

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
