Booking Instructions for TOP 10 Members:

Reservations can be made directly with Interislander online at www.interislander.co.nz or by calling our friendly Contact Centre team on 0800 802 802 or +64 4 498 3302, 7 days per week 8.00am - 5.00pm and quoting the promotional code found on your dashboard when logged in on top10.co.nz.

To book online:

1. Click on Book - top of page, Book a Cook Strait Ferry.
2. Enter your journey details - travelling from and one way or return, choose your travel date, number of passengers and if you are travelling with a vehicle.
3. Select the appropriate sailing time and fare type.
4. Enter the promotional code into the promo box and click enter. You will be asked to enter your TOP 10 membership details for validation with the TOP 10 membership database. TOP TIP: When entering TOP 10 membership details during the booking process, please enter either your barcode number OR your email address and last name. When successfully validated, the discounted amount will now be shown.
5. Please read and understand the fare conditions, including refunds and cancellations, prior to continuing through the booking process.
6. Add any extras should they be required, including lounges or cabins, then continue through the booking process. The member discount does not apply to any extras booked.
7. Proceed to payment to confirm your booking. Confirmation will come through to your email at the completion of your booking.

Terms and Conditions:

1. BIG SAVINGS on passenger and vehicle fares when using the promotional code, found on the dashboard when logged in as a TOP 10 member.
2. The promotional code must be used when booking and paying directly online at www.interislander.co.nz or via their Contact Centre.
3. Details regarding a valid TOP 10 Club Membership, in the booking name, must be entered after the promotional code for auto validation with the TOP 10 Club Membership database. Failure to enter the details or the membership details not successfully validated will result in the discount not being applied and the applicable rate of the day being charged.
4. The TOP 10 Club Membership Card must be presented upon arrival for your Interislander ferry travel.
5. Normal fare conditions apply. Please refer to Interislander's Conditions of Carriage for more details.
6. This offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. This offer is subject to availability at at time of booking and may not be available on all sailings.
9. Bookings made via third parties are not eligible for the discount.
10. The member discount is not transferable. The member must travel on the whole journey.
11. On any booking where the member is not travelling, the fare will be re-assessed to the applicable rate of the day and the traveller will be required to pay the difference.
12. Changes to bookings made by the member prior to sailing can be made as per the fare conditions. Charges may apply.
13. The discount provided holds no cash or refund value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items of value.
14. No-shows are non-refundable.
