We are approximately seven kilometres from State Highway 1, half an hour from Palmerston North and two hours north of Wellington. We are the perfect spot to stop at after doing the Tongariro Crossing, before sailing Cook Strait on the Interislander ferry, or just to get away from it all. Our Himatangi Beach holiday park is three hundred metres from the wild rugged beach, where you can check out the rustic driftwood huts or even make your own. Sit on the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets, play in the waves, throw a line out to catch some fish, or explore the massive sand dunes.
