We got our dates wrong for our trip and the staff here were so accommodating in finding us another room - even at the end of December! The place is clean, family friendly and had a great pool. We had a great time and will be back again.

Had a great 5 night stay camping over Christmas, the facilities are great and has everything you will need! The pool and hot tub are a fantastic treat. Staff were very welcoming and friendly (including Charlie the camp dog 🐶)

Fabulous little getaway for my boys and I. The facilities were amazing and clean. The pool was incredible and the boys loved the jumping rocks! I was amazed at the team. They were constantly out and about doing their jobs to make sure everything was tidy and clean for the guests. Thank you to your team for making the stay pleasant. We will be back!

Most relaxing stay at Taupo TOP 10. Lots of activities for the whole family. Clean facilities and exceptional service. Located close to all the main attractions and a short drive to the lake. Hot tubs, thermal and heated pool and a playground for the little ones.

Would definitely recommend this campground...so family oriented. Staff are lovely. Grounds kept tidy, clean bathrooms/ toilets and kitchen. Laundry room was well equipped with machines/dryers. Little café was really nice if you want a fancy coffee. Swimming pool as well as hot pool.
Reasonable tariffs. We had a lovely stay in our van 😁

Clean, modern facilities. Lovely hot, all included showers. Spacious grass sites. Really friendly, polite and helpful employees. Plus, the site has free WiFi and a security to code to get in and out the secure site with. A great stay! Quite possibly the best TOP 10 we have stayed at! Would definitely come back and for $45 a night with the TOP 10 membership, affordable for not self-contained campers! Will be recommending.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes during non-peak times, contact us prior to booking for availability and T'S and C's.
Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes, we have a Large Swimming Pool, a Thermal Plunge Pool and Hot Tubs (available to book).
What is check in time?

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
Powered site requirements

You will need an RCD cord to plug into our power, caravans and campervans will also need a current EWOF to plug into power.
Age range for children

Under 2 stay free, 2yr to 14yrs is a child rate. And 15 up is an adult rate.
Kids activities

We do not run a holiday programme but have a TV/Game room, basketball hoop, playground and & pedal karts for hire. Plus lots to do around in the town!

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
What is the TOP 10 Membership Club?
