Our Accommodation

Ōhope Beach TOP 10 is an awesome location. Right on the beach but with the added bonus of a pool with slides on site. Plenty for the kids to do (mini golf, trikes) & kids club always do different activities

This campground is exceptional. We stayed in an apartment, which was fully kitted out in the kitchen and had good bedrooms. Recently renovated as well so it was nice. The pool and slides are so much fun for the kids, and with the pool being heated (31 degrees) it was busy. Close to the beach and the wharf. Everything is right there to make it a great family holiday destination.

Ōhope Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park, another awesome place to stay, great location, great facilities, fantastic team.
I had the most relaxing time, 7 days of swimming, cycling, walks along the beach, flying down the hydro slides and soaking in the hot pool.
I would definitely and have no hesitation in recommending this holiday park for you to stay when in Whakatane-Opotiki area, it's the best. I'm so glad I came and stayed here, so will you be. Definitely put this Holiday Park on your must visit list, you won't regret it.

Park FAQs

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here
Are pets allowed?
Ōhope Dog / Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome to stay on designated sites in S Block after Waitangi weekend until 13 December
- Owners must notify reception that they have a dog on site
- It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the safety and supervision of their dog and of others around their dog
- Dogs must be tied up and/or on a leash at all times
- Dogs must be quiet and not disturb others in the park
- Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately
- Dogs are not permitted through to A, B, C, H or F Blocks of the park or in or around any communal kitchens, barbecue areas or bathroom facilities
- Dogs are not permitted into guest accommodation - no exceptions
- The management reserves the right to exclude you and your dog if deemed to be a nuisance

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
