A stunning location and a beautiful park. Our family of five stayed on a powered site at the Franz Josef TOP 10. We had a friendly welcome and loved our stay. Everything was so clean and tidy, with lots of room for everyone.

Facilities were really good! Lay out of the camp was really nice and the Lady at reception was super friendly and helpful! There’s also a really nice bush walk you can take into Franz Josef itself. Maybe a bit lengthy for some but only takes 20-30 minutes. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend others in their direction!

Wow! Coming out of our rooms with such a beautiful view of mountains. Feel privileged to have stayed here. Facilities good, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Glacier, and there were many place to visit!

Fantastic facilities and an excellent base to explore all of what Franz Josef, Waiau has to offer. Clean and well maintained. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Would recommend as a cost effective option that offers it all.

Franz Josef TOP 10 Holiday Park Sunset Motorhomes Powered Sites

The TOP 10 in Franz Josef is a great place to stay. Excellent facilities, always very clean. Finding heated bathrooms in the winter is a big plus! So much space for every site, and lovely views of the glacier on a fine day. This campground is perfect for families or anyone looking to stay in this stunning part of the West Coast.

Lovely area in Franz Josef, helpful staff assisted in setting up our room in no time, despite late booking. Clean and tidy room and grounds with ample car parking. Just 1 minute drive down the road from the Franz Josef township.

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
