Our Accommodation

A cosy little place just the right distance from the town centre. The best part for me, is it backs onto some fantastic bush walks. Just a quick step from the track up to Parihaka, and the trail up to Whangārei Falls.
Very convenient if you're feeling fit.

Beautifully clean with friendly and attentive staff. The 2 bed cabin was immaculate & homely, and kitted out with everything you could need including a heat pump/AC. In-cabin shower was amazing! Easily accommodated our family of 6. Location was quiet with a well-kept accessible riverside walk to town. Looking forward to staying again soon.

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here
Do I need to hire linen when booking a unit at Whangārei TOP 10?

If you are booking a self-contained unit, your unit is already fully made up. If you are booking a standard cabin or standard cabin family, you have the option of hiring linen and towels during the booking process or bringing your own.
Is Whangārei TOP 10 pet friendly?

If you are booking a unit whether self-contained or standard cabins, sorry, no, we do not allow pets. If you are booking a powered or non-powered site we welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement. Conditions apply. Please note we have a strict pet policy and not all breeds are allowed. Always call our friendly team first if traveling with a pet.
Is Whangārei TOP 10's communal kitchen fully equipped?

Our communal kitchen has fridge freezers, microwave, toasters, kettles, ovens, cooktops and sinks. If you need cups, plates, pots, pans etc... we have kitchen packs available to hire for a returnable deposit once returned clean. Please request this during booking so can prepare this for arrival.
Are visitors allowed during my stay at Whangārei TOP 10?

We are a small holiday park and allow a small number of visitors. All visitors must get prior approval from reception and adhere to our visitor rules. All visitors' vehicles must be parked on Mair Street and must not enter the park.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
