What's been happening in TOP 10's around the country?

This might not be the first you’re hearing of it, but Hot Water Beach TOP 10 recently installed a brand new swimming pool complex. This was no easy feat, and they had an incredible team of workers helping to get it finished to be enjoyed for the festive season. It’s been a hit with guests and we know it will be well-loved for years to come!

Guests at Shelly Beach TOP 10 made sure to bring their popcorn and camp chair down to the water's edge to enjoy an outdoor movie night. Tucked up under blankets, admiring the stars, hanging out with your whānau – guests were treated to a pretty perfect evening!

Guests got into a competitive spirit at Ōhope Beach TOP 10. Every year the Park hosts a range of activities for all holiday-makers to get involved with. From talent shows, sporting comps and the always popular sand-castle competition, this year showed off some pretty impressive skills across the board. We saw some great sand castles, but naturally, the car and caravan have to be our favourite!

Levin TOP 10 showed us the perfect summer evening. With priceless sunsets and a family-orientated vibe, we got a true glimpse of classic-kiwi-camping.

Many guests return year after year to their favourite TOP 10, but we don’t think anyone has returned for as many years as Bill has to Pohara Beach TOP 10. Bill returned for his 62nd year at the Park and enjoyed his first stay in roofed accommodation. Now if that’s not commitment, then we don’t know what is!

Floating down the river at Kauri Coast TOP 10 is an activity loved by all guests in the summertime. Next time you’re there, grab yourself a river twister and have as much fun as these tamariki did!

Nothing says the perfect West Coast evening like sitting in the beachside chillout zone with a wood-fired pizza at Ross Beach TOP 10. The pizzas were even enjoyed by the host of Australia Lego Masters, Hamish Blake!

Summer is the perfect time to get outside and delve into some small renovations. Oamaru TOP 10 is making the most of the longer days and giving some of their deckchairs some TLC! We’re obsessed with the colour!

There is no better way to cool down after a hot summer day than by jumping straight off the famous Te Anau wharf into the fresh waters below! Only a 20-minute walk from Te Anau TOP 10, it really can’t get much better!

They say neighbours become good friends (we hope that’s stuck in your head now!), and there is no better friendship than the one you’ll make with your camp neighbours. This group of campers at Omarama TOP 10 treat each other as whānau and show the importance of building relationships and having fun!
