We stayed just one night in a powered caravan site. We were going to Westpac Stadium and the location was great as only a short 15minute drive to the stadium. The bathrooms were clean and particularly liked the large shower cubicles and the family bathrooms for the 3 young kids we had with us.

Park FAQs

How much does the laundry cost?

We have 3 communal laundries onsite that are open 24 hours. The washing machines are $6.00 per wash. The driers are $6.00 per 40 minutes. Soap sachets can be purchased from reception
Can I arrive after the office is closed?

Yes you can. You would need to make a pre-paid booking prior to our office closing. We can then arrange for an after hours arrival.
What time can I check in from?

You can check into our powered and non-powered sites from midday. You can check into our roofed accommodation from 3pm.
Do your communal kitchens have cooking equipment?

Unfortunately we don't provide crockery, cutlery or pots and pans in our communal spaces.
How can I get to Wellington without taking my car?

We are a short walk to a public bus stop which will take you into Wellington city. Timetable can be found in reception or on www.metlink.org.nz
Do you have unlimited Wi-Fi?

We offer 5GB per device per 24 hours. Additional Wi-Fi can be purchased online or in our reception.
Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to charge any motorbike, car or larger vehicles inside the property.

If on a powered site, the power usage is only for your approved RCD supply for your accommodation stay in a tent, caravan, motorhome or bus. Any licensed vehicle is not to be connected to your accommodation either.

Charging your electric bike is fine. If staying in our rooms, the power pack can be charged inside the rooms. However, no bicycles are allowed inside and there are no power cords to be ran outside for any reason.

Please don't try to connect your vehicle into our property's power supply. As Management will expect the people involved to pay for any damaged to the supply and may be asked to leave the Park. Please contact Reception if you have any questions or are unsure of the rules.
Is your Park pet friendly?

Unfortunately we don't allow pets in our park.
Do you have a shop?

We have a small shop in Reception that sells some useful essentials, as well as ice creams and drinks

If you don't find what you need in Reception, the nearest shops are just a 10 minute walk away in Moera.

We also have vending machines in the communal areas that sell snacks and drinks.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
