Our Te Anau holiday park and camping ground offers quiet spacious accommodation for all budgets in central Te Anau.

Family-run and family-friendly. We are located just across the road from shops and restaurants and only a 7 min walk to the Te Anau lake front.

Base yourself at our Te Anau camping ground and explore all that Fiordland has to offer. Located in central Te Anau township with facilities to suit all travellers, including families, backpackers, business visitors and groups – accommodation in Te Anau doesn’t come any more comfortable and convenient.

Fiordland has a great range of activities to offer anyone from adventure seeker to the luxury traveller. After you have taken in Te Anau, why not take the time to explore Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound.

Our Accommodation

Very nice holiday park! Stayed here for 3 nights. So many amenities, like a spacious kitchen, dining room, laundry, and clean bathrooms. There is a wide variety of accommodation options like cabins and parking spots for RVs. Also very close to local restaurants and the lakes.

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
