Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park

We are located at 70 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown 9371. Our reception is open from 8am to 8pm every day. These hours may vary depending on the season. If there is nobody in reception during these hours or there is an after-hours emergency, please push the pager button for assistance. We allow check in from 2pm on the scheduled day of arrival and check out before 10am on the scheduled day of departure. Let our friendly team know if you are planning on arriving after reception closes so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We accept cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa. Please note that there is a 1.75% surcharge on all payments made with a Mastercard or Visa.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park is located in Arthurs Point and is 14km from the airport and 7km from the town centre. We have a free shuttle that goes into town and back several times a day. Seats are limited so we recommend booking a seat at reception. The last shuttle coincides with our reception closing at 8pm. Other transport options in Queenstown include public bus, Uber or taxi. Our free shuttle will not take you directly to the airport but can take you to town where you can catch the public bus to the airport.

Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with the express permission from the Managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities. Arrangement for bringing a pet into the Holiday Park must be made prior to arrival. A “Pet Policy” form will need to be completed & signed on arrival. A $250 fee will be applied if evidence of any animals are found either in our accommodation or communal facilities.

We sell milk, bread, frozen pizza, margarine, ice creams, drinks and chocolate. There is also a coke vending machine next to the communal kitchen. The closest supermarket is Fresh Choice and is located at 64 Gorge Road – about a 6-minute drive from the Holiday Park. There is also a Pak’n’Save (302 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton) or Countdown (30 Grant Road, Frankton) – both of which are about 14km from the holiday park. Ask one of the team for directions if required. There are a few local restaurants​/cafes located in Arthurs Point and a large selection in Queenstown itself offering a great range of food options that would suit even the most discerning eater.

We do not offer caravans, campervans or tents for your site. You will need to bring your own. If you have booked a powered site, you will need to supply your own power lead. If you have booked a non-powered site, we have a few that are suitable for sleeper vans.

We offer a range of accommodation options from fully self-contained apartments to basic standard cabins. All the beds are fully made up in all our accommodation options. Guests need to supply their own towels when staying in a standard cabin or can be hired from reception for an additional $2 each. This can be arranged prior to your arrival or during your stay.

Our guests are always able to access all of our communal facilities. We supply ovens, hot plates, microwaves, communal fridges and zips/ jugs for hot water, but we do not supply cooking utensils in the communal kitchen. If guests need cooking utensils, they can hire a kitchen pack. There is no extra charge or timers on our showers. We do ask to please be considerate of your fellow campers and keep shower times to a minimum. Our communal laundry has machines that take $1 and $2 coins. The laundry is open 24 hours and coins can be exchanged in reception. The hot tub is $15 for up to 4 people for 30 minutes. Guests can book a time for the hot tub at reception

Our child age range is from 2 years to 14 years inclusive. There is no charge for toddlers under the age of 2.If you are bringing an infant, the accommodation that you book will need to be available for three people. 

Yes, we provide free parking. We allow one car park per unit/cabin. Additional vehicles may need to be parked on Atley Road. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will have a trailer/boat etc as we have limited parking space available.

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
