Great holiday spot right on the beach. Awesome, vibrant site with lots of activities and entertainment to do for young children. We loved our cabin; it was clean and had everything needed. There are also food carts onsite until 8pm, a movie on every night and a hot soak pool. Highly recommend this for a holiday destination.

Park FAQs

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here
Are pets allowed?
Ōhope Dog / Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome to stay on designated sites after Waitangi weekend until 13 December
- Owners must notify reception that they have a dog on site
- It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the safety and supervision of their dog and of others around their dog
- Dogs must be tied up and/or on a leash at all times
- Dogs must be quiet and not disturb others in the park
- Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately
- Dogs are not permitted through to A, B, C, H or F Blocks of the park or in or around any communal kitchens, barbecue areas or bathroom facilities
- Dogs are not permitted into guest accommodation - no exceptions
- The management reserves the right to exclude you and your dog if deemed to be a nuisance

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
