• By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by TOP 10 Holiday Parks or CSC Buying Group are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
• TOP 10 Holiday Parks will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
• To enter the competition, TOP 10 Members must sign up to the TOP 10 Member Benefits App between the 8th July to 31st July 2024. TOP 10 Members that are already signed up to the app are ineligible to enter. 
• Winners will be chosen at random, 2 winners for the Jaybird Wireless Sport Headphones and 10 winners for the $50 JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards.
• The winner will be contacted directly via the email associated with their TOP 10 Membership. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Winners must have a valid postal address in New Zealand.
• Winners must be over the age of 18 years old.

2. The TOP 10 Member Benefits App is only for active TOP 10 Members. Learn more about the TOP 10 Membership Club here.
3. This app is for TOP 10 Member Benefits only and cannot be used to manage or make bookings. To manage your bookings, please login to the Member Portal here.
4. If your membership expires and is not renewed, you will no longer have access to the TOP 10 Member Benefits App.
5. The app requires members to sign up and create new login details to access. This login is separate to the member portal on the TOP 10 website.
6. If your TOP 10 Club membership expires before the Perk+ subscription year is complete, and you choose not to renew your TOP 10 Membership at the time of expiry, then you automatically forfeit the remainder of the Perk+ subscription year and associated benefits.
7. For new members and member renewals, it may take up to 2 working days before app access/login is available. Please revisit the app on the second working day after membership sign up to access.
