Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park

We are located at 2 Kerrs Road, Fox Glacier 7886. We are open from 8.30am - 7.00pm daily (these hours may vary). If there is no one in reception during these hours or there is an after-hours emergency, please push the pager button for assistance. We allow check in from 2pm on the scheduled day of arrival and check out before 10am on the scheduled day of departure. Let our friendly team know if you are planning on arriving after reception closes so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We expect guests to be considerate of their fellow guests and to keep noise to an absolute minimum between 10.00pm - 7.00am. We accept cash, eftpos, mastercard and visa. Please note, there is a 2% surcharge on all payments made with a mastercard or visa. You can pay your deposit securely over the phone. We recommend pre-booking your accommodation with us to avoid disappointment on arrival. 

Our child age range is from 2 years to 14 years inclusive. There is no charge for toddlers under the age of 2. We have plenty of fun activities for children, including a playground and a trampoline.

We do not offer caravans, campervans, or tents for your site. You will need to bring your own. If you have booked a powered site, you will need to supply your own power lead.

Some of our amenities do have an added cost. There is no extra charge or timers on our showers. We just ask that you are considerate of your fellow campers and keep shower times to a minimum. Our communal laundry is open 24 hours and takes $1 and $2 coins that can be exchanged in reception. The communal kitchen does have ovens, hot plates, microwaves, fridges and zips for hot water. Guests need to provide their own cooking utensils. Guests can hire a kitchen cupboard for an additional $5 per day with a $20 refundable deposit. The Hot Tub is $15 for up to 4 people for 30 minutes. TOP 10 Club Card Members are entitled to ONE free spa per stay. Book your Hot Tub time at reception.

Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with the express permission from the Managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities. Arrangement for bringing a pet into the Holiday Park must be made prior to arrival. A “Pet Policy” form will need to be completed & signed on arrival.

A $250 fee will be applied if evidence of any animals are found either in our accommodation or communal facilities.

Yes, we provide free parking. We allow one car park per unit/cabin. Additional vehicles may need to be parked else where in the Holiday Park (i.e not outside your accommodation).

The Fox Village is less than one kilometre from the Holiday Park. Lake Matheson is located 4 kilometres from the Holiday Park and you can ask our friendly team for directions. The closest supermarkets are a Four Square located in Franz Josef (25 minutes north of Fox Glacier), a New World located in Hokitika (2 hours north of Fox Glacier, or Wānaka (3 hours south of Fox Glacier). We highly recommend that you stock up on grocery items before heading to Fox Glacier to ensure you have enough supplies for your West Coast experience. There is a domestic airport located in Hokitika and international airports located in Christchurch and Queenstown.

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
