Our Accommodation

Chanced upon this holiday park, and it was an absolute gem! Have never stepped into a holiday park with such clean and well-equipped facilities! Very impressed with how clean the toilet and shower areas were with ample cubicles and well thought out heating within the shower cubicles. The water pressure was excellent too! Kitchen facilities were great and lots of space to do your cooking and washing up, even with an air fryer! Will definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or campervan trip. 💯

We stayed 1 night in a motel unit and the unit was spacious for our family of 4. It was warm, cosy, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to self-cater. We received a friendly welcome on arrival, and it was lovely to find the heat pump on, heating our room. Everything was very well maintained, the park grounds were lovely and the whole vibe of the park was very family friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous location... Ohakune TOP 10 Holiday Park. Close to the super little Ohakune township and very close to many wonderful outdoorsey activities. The park is surrounded in natural beauty...bush, river and you can even see the top of Ruapehu from the beginning of the holiday park drive. Accommodation cost is reasonable, facilities are really good and the staff are nice and friendly. A definite spot to stay for a night or three!

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
