Napier Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is a clean, quiet, spacious and well-maintained Holiday Park set on 9 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds directly accessing the beach situated just north of Napier. We offer a great choice of Napier Beach accommodation, which has been expanded recently with 9 new units and a number of upgrades (a total of 26 accommodation units), with something to suit all tastes and budgets. Our Napier Beach accommodation options range from stunning Beachfront Motels uninterrupted views to stand alone Chalets, Ensuite Cabins and Basic Cabins. We also have a range of campsites including our gorgeous Beachfront sites - perfect for campers to soak up the ocean view. Nearby to the local Bay View shops, just a short 5-minute drive from Ahuriri and Napier Central and located at the end of one of Napier's finest cycle trails - Napier Beach TOP 10 is the perfect place to soak up Hawkes Bay.

This camp is very well run and well located on the beachfront with excellent and clean facilities. It has great access to the great cycle/walkways of Napier. Its cafe is well run with excellent food and coffee.

Park FAQs

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here
Are pets allowed at Napier Beach TOP 10?
We are pet friendly at the sole discretion of management and under strict conditions. The rules are very clear and failure to follow will result in you being asked to leave the campsite. The rules apply to all guests, at all times.
- You must volunteer you have a dog and it must be noted on your booking. A charge of $50 applies to non-declared animals.
- Dogs are not permitted in the peak period (20th December to 15 February).
- Dogs are not permitted in any units, except;
  - Units 301 which are designated dog units. You are only able to book this directly with the property. A cleaning fee of $50 applies to all dog unit bookings.
- Dogs are not to remain in the campground without their owners. If you leave the campground, your dog goes with you.
- All dogs must be on a lead at all times, especially during the night and toilet stops.
- You must have a bag and collect any droppings and place in rubbish bins, at all times.
- There are designated area’s within the campground map where dogs are/ are not permitted.
- Your dog must not cause noise or other nuisance events.
I will be arriving late, can I still check in?

Late arrivals are welcome at Napier Beach TOP 10.

Emails and texts regarding late arrivals will be sent out within the 24 hours prior to your arrival. These texts contain information regarding late arrivals, where to find your key (or site) and map etc. All late arrivals must be paid in full, your email will contain a link to pay the remaining balance if you have one.

Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?

Unfortunately we don't have options for charging electric vehicles yet. This is something we are hoping to have in the park by 2025.
What time can I check in from?

All our sites and rooms can be checked in to from 2pm.

If you wish for an earlier check in, please get in touch with reception and we will see if the option is available. Please note, during our busy periods, this can be increasingly difficult so please aim for 2pm.
Do you have a shop?

We have a small shop in on site in reception with some useful essentials as well as ice creams and drinks

If you can't find what you need in here, the nearest shops are just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive in Bay View.
How much do showers and laundry cost?

Our communal showers are $1 for 5 minutes. Coins can be swapped at reception during open hours.

Our our washing machines and dryers take 2 x $2 coins ($4 charge).

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
