Rotorua Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park is conveniently located 10 minutes drive from the centre of Rotorua. Here at our Rotorua holiday park, you get the best of both worlds – close to attractions and shops, yet removed from the busy city environment.

Blue Lake (Lake Tikitapu) is conveniently located half way between Rotorua’s thermal wonderland and the famous Whakarewarewa Redwood Forest. The Redwood Forest offers endless mountain bike and walking trails. Both the novice and experienced mountain biker will enjoy the thrilling trails which link up with renowned and purpose-built tracks. These tracks have made Redwood Forest a ‘mecca’ for mountain bikes. The park is nestled on the edge of Blue Lake and is surrounded by native bush, where you will wake up to bird songs, a must for any holiday.

Our Accommodation

Rotorua Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park is only minutes from Rotorua city yet set against a stunning lake and tucked peacefully into the hills. The camp sites are varied and as it is set on a hill, you feel private and all sites are different which we loved. We were tucked against the bush and close to the playground and bike track. This was an added bonus. Enjoyed a walk around the lake and mountain biking. Excellent facilities and stay. We'll be back!

First impressions were wow what a place 👌. Awesome friendly staff, easy access to caravan camp site. Facilities are second to none... heated floors in the shower block, what!! Totally recommend a holiday here lakeside. Will definitely be returning for another great holiday. Thanks to the team at Rotorua Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park.

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
