1. Download the TOP 10 Holiday Parks Member Benefits App

This app gives you access to amazing discounts right at the tip of your fingers! Search "TOP 10 Member Benefits" in the App Store or Google Play, or click on one of the links below to download the app. The app is free to download and you can claim tonnes of discounts right away.

2. Gather your information

To sign up, you'll need to make sure you have your TOP 10 Membership number (or your barcode number) and the email address attached to your TOP 10 Membership. If you're unsure where to find this, log in to the TOP 10 member portal and you'll see your membership number on the dashboard. Your barcode number can be found on the back of your TOP 10 Club Card.

3. Sign Up!

Once you've got your email address and membership/ barcode number, click on the sign up button on the front page of the app and follow the easy steps to gain access to your member benefits. You'll need to set up a new password to access the app.

4. Start finding some great deals!

Click on "Perk" and select "All Offers" to figure out what you can get a discount on! When you find a deal you like the sound of, you can tap the heart in the top right corner to save it for later - you can find these on your "favourites list". Or you can access it there and then - see below for details. We are regularly adding new offers so make sure you check back frequently for fresh deals!

5. Redeem in-store or online

Offers can be redeemed online or in-store. Simply click on the coupon to find out how you can redeem your discount and follow the easy instructions with each offer. Each coupon will be different and will tell you how and where to redeem your discount!

Perk+

When you go into the TOP 10 Member Benefits App, you'll see "Perk+", this is a paid extra* with even MORE discounts and deals around the country. You can view them as a guest before deciding to purchase Perk+ to get a taste of what is on offer. If you find something you love (and we are convinced you will!), click on the Perk+ icon and we will send you an email with a link to purchase Perk+! There's no better time to get a discount on your shopping than now!

*there is a fee of $49.99 to access Perk+, however, you can still access and enjoy all of the benefits of Perk without having to pay.

This app is for TOP 10 Member Benefits only and cannot be used to manage or make bookings. To manage your bookings, please login to the Member Portal here.
If your membership expires and is not renewed, you will no longer have access to the TOP 10 Member Benefits App.
The app requires members to sign up and create new login details to access. This login is separate to the member portal on the TOP 10 website.
If your TOP 10 Club membership expires before the Perk+ subscription year is complete, and you choose not to renew your TOP 10 Membership at the time of expiry, then you automatically forfeit the remainder of the Perk+ subscription year and associated benefits.
For new members and member renewals, it may take up to 7 working days before app access/login is available. Please revisit the app 7 working days after your membership sign up date to access the app.
