Back in 2008, Sheree and Grant were looking for a change. When the old Hot Water Beach campsite shut down and a plant nursery came up for sale nearby, they saw more than a business opportunity - they saw a place with potential to bring people together. With no experience in running a holiday park but plenty of passion and determination, they got stuck in and began shaping what would become Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park.
Their vision was simple: create a space where people feel welcome, connected, and entertained. Today, the Park is a hub of activity and joy. From movie nights and colouring-in competitions to live sports on the Pavilion Projector, the school holidays are a special time filled with laughter and energy. Outside the peak season, the magic continues - kids love the scavenger hunt that winds through fairy and elf houses hidden around the Park, while adults enjoy weekly quiz nights and woodfired pizzas hosted at the Parks restaurant.
Sheree and Grant’s approach to running the Park is hands-on and heart-first. Whether they’re welcoming returning families, setting up a community event, or chatting with guests, they’re always involved and genuinely care about the experience people have while staying.
Alongside their commitment to great hospitality, they’ve also made caring for the land a priority. Their sustainability efforts include predator trapping to protect native birdlife, installing EV chargers for guests, and running the Park on solar and LED lighting. These steps reflect their respect for the unique environment they’re lucky enough to call home.
What makes Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park truly special isn’t just the location - it’s the atmosphere Sheree and Grant have nurtured. “It is always a team effort” they express. Grounded in care, teamwork, and community, it’s a place where memories are made and stories are shared, again and again.
