• Offer does not apply if you make the booking on the non-TOP 10 branded website at the lower price.
• Offer only applies if you make the booking direct with the TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group as part of the claim process.
• Offer only applies to rates advertised online.
• The $50 voucher can only be claimed by a guest once each month, even if the lower rate is available for multiple nights and the guest makes multiple bookings. The price match will apply to all nights that form part of the single booking which are available at a lower rate on the non-TOP 10 website.
• The voucher is non-transferrable and all of the TOP 10 standard gift voucher terms and conditions apply.
• The better rate on the non-TOP 10 website must be the total fee that will be charged including any fees or taxes that may be added to the final booking price.
• Any claim must be sent through to TOP 10 Central Office at least 72 hours prior to the intended check-in date for it to be processed and the booking made directly with TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group.
• The room type must be exactly the same on the non-TOP 10 website and on the branded TOP 10 website as the relevant room type is being compared. Please be aware that in some cases, room names may vary slightly so ensure you check bedding configuration and facilities are exactly the same. Final determination of room type match will be made by TOP 10 Holiday Parks.
• The currency of both the non-TOP 10 website and the TOP 10 branded website must be the same.
• There must be a minimum price differential between the non-TOP 10 website and the TOP 10 branded website of 2.5% for the claim to be considered.
• The rate on the non-TOP 10 website must be an offer that is available to any member of the public and not a specific offer to an individual or closed user group.
• All claims will be verified by the TOP 10 Holiday Parks Central Office and the details of the claim must be able to be fully assessed at the time of verification, including the rate still being available on the non-TOP 10 website. Final decision on the validity of the claim will be determined by TOP 10 Holiday Parks Central Office.
