We recommend that you make a booking in advance at the TOP 10 Holiday Park of your choice. This guarantees you a spot at your preferred location and helps avoid disappointment on the day, especially during peak seasons.

Children are from 2 - 14 years of age inclusive and are charged accordingly. Under 2 years of age are deemed an infant and are free at all times.

All TOP 10 Parks have access to WiFi, however, as some of our Parks are situated in remote locations, signal and quality cannot be guaranteed. If WiFi is a requirement, we recommend getting in touch with the TOP 10 of your choice directly. You can find contact details for all TOP 10 Parks here.

At TOP 10 Holiday Parks, smoking and vaping are not permitted in any of our rooms or buildings. Some Parks may have designated smoking areas, please contact the Park directly to find out more. You can find the Park contact details here.

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number. 

All amendments must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number. Amendments can be made 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. Please note, if an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Over 80% of TOP 10 Holiday Parks welcome responsible pet owners with well-socialised dogs. You can view a list of our dog friendly holiday parks here. To avoid disappointment, you must contact the TOP 10 Holiday Park of your choice and familiarise yourself with the rules and pet requirements of that holiday park before booking and arriving. Each park’s guidelines and requirements differ, and the owners have developed these guidelines to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable and safe stay for all park guests.

Yes, TOP 10 Holiday Park sites come with convenient facilities to enhance your camping experience. You'll have access to a range of amenities such as freshwater, a dump station (at most Parks), communal bathroom facilities (showers and toilets) and communal kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for your campervan, motorhome, or caravan.

If your card has gone walkabout, don't worry, it is easily replaced. The quickest way to get a replacement card is to pick one up at your nearest TOP 10 Holiday Park. The friendly reception staff can provide you with a replacement card on the spot. Or if you'd prefer, you can contact the team at TOP 10 Central Office and we can organise for a replacement card to be sent in the post to your home address. However, please keep in mind that this can take 3-5 business days to arrive as this may factor into your travel plans.

While the TOP 10 membership is just under one person's name, the benefits also extend to those people travelling with you. If you are travelling as a family or with friends, the accommodation discount covers them as well, provided that you're all staying on the one site, or in the one cabin. The member discount on the Interislander ferry also covers members within your travel party that are travelling with you. However, discounts on local attractions are a different story, and these discounts and deals may only apply to the person whose name is listed on the membership card.

These days we're required to have countless logins and passwords and it's nearly impossible to remember them all. So, we won't blame you if your TOP 10 password slips your mind. If you need to reset your password, please visit the reset your password page. If you've tried this and you're having no luck, it's worth double checking you have previously set up a login and to try to set up your login. If you're still having no luck, please call TOP 10 Central Office on +64 3 343 8800 and we'll be able to help.

TOP 10 memberships are valid for 2 years from the month of purchase. If we have your email, we will send you a friendly reminder during the month of your membership expiring. If you're not sure of your membership's expiry date, log in to the TOP 10 member portal and your expiry date will be displayed on your dashboard. You can also use this opportunity to check we have all your contact details correct and review past and future TOP 10 bookings.

Interislander is a long-standing partner of TOP 10 and offers a huge discount off Interislander travel for TOP 10 members between the North and South Island of New Zealand. If you are a TOP 10 member, you can book the Interislander online at www.interislander.co.nz by using the promotional code. Please login to the member portal to find the code on your dashboard. Alternatively, you can call TOP 10 Central Office on +64 3 343 8800 for the promo code. The promo code is to be entered during the booking process and you will also have to validate that you are a current TOP 10 member. Please enter your last name and email address OR your barcode card number. Please make sure to bring your membership card with you as you check in for your ferry journey as proof of your membership.
