Terms and Conditions
- TOP 10 eGift Vouchers can be used for payment at any TOP 10 Holiday Park in New Zealand and must be redeemed by booking on top10.co.nz.
- To redeem your eGift voucher, visit top10.co.nz and create your booking. During checkout, there will be an option in the Payment Method to enter your voucher code. After entering your voucher code, your booking balance will be automatically updated, and you can complete your booking. If you would like to book over the phone, please call +64 343 8800 between 9am – 5pm NZT, Monday to Friday, or contact the Park you wish to stay at directly. - Only one eGift Voucher code can be used per booking. If you wish to merge eGift Vouchers, please call +64 3 343 8800.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of your eGift Voucher, you must pay the difference during the booking process. If your purchase is less than the value of your voucher, the remaining balance will still be available to be used.

- In the event of a cancellation of a booking that has been paid for in part or full by eGift Voucher, the cancellation terms of the booking will apply. If any amount is due to be refunded this will be issued to you on a new eGift Voucher. Please note, this process may take up to 7 working days.
- Unless otherwise stated a 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. In the event of partial payment by eGift Voucher you will receive 75% of the amount paid back to each of the payment methods used on the booking. If you paid in full by eGift Voucher, then you will receive a eGift Voucher with 75% of the amount paid.
- Bookings made with part or full payment by eGift Voucher cannot be changed or modified.
- This TOP 10 eGift Voucher is issued by and remains the property of Top Ten Group New Zealand Limited.
- This eGift Voucher can only be used to purchase accommodation and other selected items at TOP 10 Holiday Parks in New Zealand. Redemption on accommodation is subject to availability and once the eGift Voucher has been redeemed the terms and conditions agreed to as part of the booking will apply.
- If the eGift Voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
- The eGift Voucher must be redeemed (booked and stayed) within 2 years from the date of purchase (validity period). Any eGift Voucher not used within the validity period will be void and of no value.
- This eGift Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed by the person whose name appears on the front of this voucher.
- For advance bookings, credit card details may be required to confirm your booking. No charges are made to your card unless you do not check-in as per standard Terms & Conditions.
