Week 2 - MeloYelo Townee E-Bike Giveaway

We've teamed up with our friends at MeloYelo to give you a chance to win a Townee E-Bike. This bike is a great introduction to the world of e-bikes. Designed for those wanting to pedal primarily through urban areas, the step-through frame and removable battery make this an accessible, enjoyable and stylish way to get around.

Terms and Conditions - MeloYelo Townee E-Bike Giveaway

1. By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
2. TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
3. This giveaway is a collaboration between TOP 10 Holiday Parks and MeloYelo.
4. Entries close 11.59pm Sunday 15th December 2024.
5. The winners will be contacted directly via email given in the contact form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. The details entered by participants in the TOP 10 x MeloYelo E-Bike Giveaway SurveyMonkey link will be shared with TOP 10 and MeloYelo. By entering your details, you are agreeing to sign up to the marketing communications lists for both TOP 10 Holiday Parks and MeloYelo.
7. The bike being given away is a MeloYelo Townee Bike in yellow. The bike comes in a standard medium size. Further details about the bike are here: https://meloyelo.nz/product/townee-ebike/.
8. The bike being given away is non-transferable, and cannot be swapped for any other product, size, or colour.

10. The $1,000 cash prize is a separate draw and the same winner cannot win both the cash, and the bike giveaway draw and a winner will be redrawn for the cash if there is a double up.
11. Winners must have a valid postal address in New Zealand.
12. Entrants can only enter the competition once.
13. If a valid TOP 10 Member ID number, entrants will have their entry doubled.
14. Entrants are not required to make any purchases to enter the competition.
15. TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group will not ask you for any bank, card, or payment details.
16. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
17. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
18. The name, postal address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group and MeloYelo if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.

21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter's reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
22. The winner's name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

Week 1 - TOP 10 Cup Giveaway (Sorry, this giveaway has now closed)

Whether you're heading on a road trip or relaxing by the beach all day, it's important that you can enjoy your beverage of choice at the temperature you want it to be. 

TOP 10 Holiday Parks are giving away 15 pairs of insulated TOP 10 Holiday Parks keep-cups. To enter, head to our Facebook or Instagram (or both) and TAG your favourite camping buddy in the comments of our keep-cup giveaway post, and you'll automatically enter the draw.

4. Winners will be chosen at random with 10 winners picked from Facebook and 5 winners picked from Instagram.
5. Winners and their favourite camping buddy must both be following the TOP 10 Holiday Parks social media page entered through.
6. TOP 10 Holiday Parks will respond to the winners' comments on either Instagram or Facebook and ask the winner(s) to message the official TOP 10 Facebook or Instagram account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
