Booking Instructions for TOP 10 Members:

Reservations can be made directly with Great Journeys New Zealand online at www.greatjourneysnz.com or by calling their friendly Contact Centre team on 0800 872 467 or +64 4 495 0775, 7 days per week 8.00am - 5.00pm (closed 25 December) and quoting the promotional code found on your dashboard when logged in on top10.co.nz.

To book online:

  1. Click on Scenic Trains - top of page and choose your rail journey.
  2. Enter your journey details - travelling from and to, one-way or return, choose your travel date and number of passengers.
  3. Select Scenic Class or Scenic Plus and add a stopover if you wish.
  4. Click on the concession box (bottom right) and select TOP 10 Card. Your member discount will be applied.
  5. Please read and understand the fare conditions, including refunds and cancellations, prior to continuing through the booking process.
  6. Proceed to payment to confirm your booking. Confirmation will come through to your email at the completion of your booking.
Terms and Conditions:
  1. BIG SAVINGS on Great Journeys New Zealand scenic trains for TOP 10 Members
  2. When booking, you must select "TOP 10 Card" in the Concession Box (bottom right of booking box) for the discount to be applied. 
  3. TOP 10 Holiday Park Club Members are required at check in to produce a valid TOP 10 Club Membership card (digital or physical) in the traveller's name. Failure to do so will result in the applicable rate of the day being charged.
  4. Normal fare conditions apply. Please refer to Great Journeys New Zealand Terms and Conditions for more details.
  5. This offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively.
  6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  7. This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and may not be available on all services.
  8. Bookings made via third parties are not eligible for the discount.
  9. The member discount is not transferable. The member must travel on the whole journey.
  10. On any booking where the member is not travelling, the fare will be re-assessed to the applicable rate of the day and the traveller will be required to pay the difference.
  11. Changes to bookings made by the member prior to journey can be made as per the fare conditions. Charges may apply.
  12. The discount holds no cash or refund value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items of value.
  13. No-shows are non-refundable.
