We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay only down fall was we couldn't stay longer! Park facilities and amenities were kept immaculate and the highlight was the pool and Park activities for the kids. We were quite comfortable in our 2 bedroom unit, however next time we will definitely be bringing our camping gear. All in all, a fantastic stay, we could not find fault in anything here, guests were respectful and kept noise to an absolute minimum and did not disrupt others. Tracey is outstanding and is great to have a chat with, she will definitely take care of you.

Very clean! Everything you need is provided in the 'u' shaped blocks and close to playground and pool. Great stay for families as chosen won't get bored and it's a 2minute walk from Splash planet and a 5 minute drive to the main shops. There is a dairy and takeaways across the road, we couldn't fault our stay.

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
