What a view! Waking up and looking to the beautiful alps. A heated pool and a hot tub are also available. Clean facilities and great staff.

Stayed in this campsite for 1 night and would highly recommend. Great facilities that are super clean and within a 10-minute walk to the local town. Bikes are also available for hire. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. An added bonus is they have an adorable dog, Zeba!! One of the nicest campsites I stayed in over my 2 weeks in the South Island.

Our organisation used several of the motel units which were clean and comfortable. We also used the conference facilities which proved well equipped with AV and tech support, as well as an attached kitchen for our use. We would definitely use this holiday park again for any future meetings in Kaikoura.

I would also be keen to stay here with my family in one of the apartments as the location is great and the accommodation was very clean and very affordable.

Is the Park pet friendly?

In all TOP 10 Holiday Parks, medically certified guide dogs are permitted. Most of our Parks welcome responsible pet owners, with their dogs that are well socialised and properly cared for. All bookings with a pet must be arranged by prior agreement with the Park. Conditions apply. Please contact the Park to find out more information about Park directly about rules around dog breeds, time of year/dates and for more information.
What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park. Contact details for all TOP 10 Holiday Parks can be found here

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
