Omarama TOP 10 COVID-19 Policy
COVID 19 VACCINE MANDATE
The Covid Vaccine Mandate requires all eligible Omarama TOP 10 staff, guests, visitors and contractors to have a valid ‘My Vaccine Pass’ (including those who have a medical exemption), from 15th December 2021 until 1st May 2022. Guest vaccine passes may be checked on arrival or at any time during your stay.
The lead guest (the person who makes the booking) is responsible for ensuring that all guests in their party have valid passes, or other proof that they have received 2 doses of the Pfizer or Astrazenica vaccine. If you are unable to comply with this requirement you will not be able to stay with us during this time and will not be entitled to a refund, except as provided for in our Cancellation Policy.
Please help us keep you safe:
- Wear a mask in reception and communal areas
- Maintain a distance of 2m from people you don’t know
- Scan in using the QR code on arrival and every day during your stay
- Only visitors who can provide a valid ‘My Vaccine Pass’ will be allowed onsite to visit guests.

Maintain social distancing of 2m between bubbles .
Only guests, TOP 10 team members, approved contractors and casual visitors who can produce a vaild ‘My Vaccine Pass’ upon arrival will be permitted on site.

COVID-19 BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE
We understand that the relative uncertainty we are all feeling right now might have implications for your confidence to book a stay here over the next couple of months and, with that in mind, to give you confidence in booking with us, we have decided to introduce a “Book with Confidence Guarantee” applicable to all bookings made online or directly with our park. What is the Book with Confidence Guarantee?
For bookings made from 7th May 2020, the Book with Confidence Guarantee is applicable if you are no longer able to travel due to COVID-19 related developments and booked directly via www.top10.co.nz or directly with the park.
For example: you become sick with COVID-19 or someone immediately connected to you does and you are forced into self-isolation, or an Alert Level change means travel becomes impossible, or there is a Government mandate for you not to travel in your local area/region or the area you intend to travel to.
In these and other similar cases there will be no charges levied to make changes to your booking dates. We will provide a 12-month credit with no cancellation or amendment charges added. In exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis, we may provide a full refund, also with no cancellation fees.
In the case of a request for a COVID-19 related amendment on personal grounds, guests may be requested to provide a medical certificate to confirm the medical grounds on which the request is based.
