Q: Who does my TOP 10 membership cover?
A: While the TOP 10 Membership is currently just under one person’s name, the benefits also extend to those people travelling with you. If you are travelling as a family or with friends then the accommodation discount covers them too, providing you’re all staying on the one site, or in the one cabin. The 15% off member discount on the InterIslander Ferry also covers members within your travel party when travelling with you. However, discounts on local attractions are a different story, and these discounts and deals may only apply to the person whose name is listed on the membership card.
Q: Do I need an associate membership?
A: As mentioned above, the membership accommodation discount extends to your family members, providing you are travelling together. If you are travelling and staying together, then you don’t need an associate membership card as you are all covered. However, if you and your partner travel separately then you may want to consider purchasing an associate membership for $10. This associate membership is linked to the main card holder and means that both individuals can be recognised as valid TOP 10 members and claim the discount when travelling independently. Q: What do I do if I’ve lost my membership card?
A: If your card has gone walkabout, don’t worry, this is easily replaced. The quickest way to get a replacement card is to pick one up at your nearest TOP 10 Holiday Park. The reception staff can provide you with a replacement card on the spot. Or if you’d prefer, you can contact the team at TOP 10 Central Office and we can organise for a replacement card to be sent in the post to your home address. However please be aware this can take 3-5 business days to arrive, so please factor this into your travel plans.
Q: How do I find out if my membership is still valid?
A: TOP 10 memberships are valid for 2 years from the month of purchase. If we have your email or postal address, then we will send you a friendly reminder during the month of your membership expiring. If you’re not sure of your expiry date, log in to the TOP 10 Member Portal online and your expiry date will be displayed. You can also use this opportunity to check we have all your contact details correct and review past and future TOP 10 bookings.
Q: I am having trouble with my TOP 10 Member login. What should I do?
A: These days, we’re required to have countless logins and passwords, and it’s nearly impossible to remember them all. So, we won’t blame you if your TOP 10 password slips your mind. If you need to reset your password, please visit the Reset Your Password page on top10.co.nz. If you’ve tried this and you’re having no luck, it’s worth double checking you have previously set up a login. Try to set up your login on top10.co.nz. If you’re still having troubles after this, please contact our TOP 10 Reception Team on +64 3 343 8800 and they’ll be able to assist.
Q: How do I claim the TOP 10 Member Discount on the InterIslander ferry?
A: InterIslander is a long-standing partner of TOP 10 and offers a huge 15% discount off InterIslander travel for TOP 10 Club Members between the North and South Island of New Zealand. If you are a TOP 10 Club member you can book the InterIslander online at www.interislander.co.nz by using the promotional code: top10club1. The promo code is to be entered during the booking process, you will then be asked to validate you are a current TOP 10 member. Please enter your last name and email address or your barcode card number. Please make sure to also bring your membership card with you on the day you check in for your ferry journey as proof of your membership. Q: What are the ages for children’s rates?
A: Kids are from 2 - 14 years of age inclusive and are charged accordingly. Under 2 year olds are deemed an infant and are free at all times.
Q: Are all your accommodation and amenities smoke free?

A: With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted. However subject to seasonality and dog type some Parks may allow exceptions. Please check with the Park prior to booking.
Q: Can I bring my own bed linen and towels?
A: Some accommodation options offer the opportunity to do this. Please discuss this when making your booking.
Q: Do all parks have internet connections?
A: Almost all TOP 10 Parks offer this service. If this is important to you please refer to the icons on the individual Park website or enquire when making your booking.
Q: What are office hours?
A: Our park offices are usually open from 8am to 8pm. If you intend arriving outside these hours please notify the park so that special arrangements can be made.
