As we move into Level 2, we continue to keep the safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members at the forefront of our thinking. We want to let you know more about what our parks are up against, and what we are doing in response to COVID-19.
Our TOP 10 Holiday Parks are open
We are delighted to report that all our holiday parks are open the general public. The one exception to this is Hastings TOP 10 Holiday Park who are currently open exclusively to Civil Defence and essential workers, however they are taking future bookings and will be open to the public from 9th July 2020.
More flexible booking conditions
While we’re all itching to return to our favourite holiday spots and explore a new part of New Zealand, it’s hard to feel confident when there's been so much uncertainty over the last few months. We understand that the relative uncertainty we are all feeling might have implications for your confidence to book a stay at one of our 50 parks over the next couple of months and, with that in mind, we have decided to introduce a “Book with Confidence Guarantee” applicable to bookings* made on www.top10.co.nz and directly with the parks.

Enhanced cleanliness procedures for your safety
Protecting our guests and our front-line staff is our priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and into Level 2. For 36 years TOP 10 has been putting cleanliness at the forefront of our service. And now more than ever we are committed to clean. Our parks are implementing elevated cleaning practices and doing extra to ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained for the safety of staff and guests, from check-in to check-out.

We ask for your patience please
The last little while has been extremely testing for our park staff. They have been putting their customers first, often before their own self-care and it has put a big strain on everyone. When interacting with them, please understand that they have been under a lot of pressure, so exercise patience and allow us an appropriate timeframe to respond to your enquiries. We are all doing the best we can, as fast as we can.
