In our parks, you will find excellent communal facilities, plenty of space and facilities for the whole family to enjoy. Some parks even have pools, saunas, hot tubs and outdoor movie screenings. And if you're someone who prefers your own space and privacy, then there are plenty of self-contained accommodation options meaning you have your own bathroom and kitchen within your cabin, apartment or motel room.

When you are booking your New Zealand accommodation with TOP 10 Holiday Parks, keep in mind:
- Each TOP 10 is individually owned and operated and because of this, pricing will vary. To get an estimate of pricing, it is best to contact the TOP 10 Park directly or add your dates and preferred accommodation into our booking system to see the cost of the accommodation.
- Each TOP 10 has a range of sites and roofed accommodation. Capacities and offerings within each roofed accommodation will vary from Park to Park. It is best to look directly at the Parks page for more information, or if in doubt, give the park a call.
- Accommodation pricing is subject to change throughout the year and can change based on demand and seasonality.
- Child rates are for children aged 2 - 14 inclusive.
- In some cases, you may be required to bring your own linen for your roofed accommodation. You will be notified of this at the time of booking so you can plan accordingly.
- All accommodation and site bookings fall under the standard top10.co.nz cancellation policy.
- Over 80% of TOP 10's are dog friendly on sites. You are required to ring the Park prior to booking to arrange this so you can make yourself familiar with any additional policies the Park may have. All TOP 10's allow Assistance Dogs in roofed accommodation and sites, we encourage you to contact the Park prior to booking if you are bringing an Assistance Dog with you on your holiday so we can make our stay as comfortable as possible.
