A multi award-winning holiday park, family owned and operated since 2008 and only 700m from the world renowned Hot Water Beach. Hot Water Beach TOP 10 has 9 different accommodation options to suit any holiday maker with a vast array of facilities, events and amenities found nowhere else on the Coromandel.

Hot Water Beach is situated on the Coromandel Peninsula and is famous for the natural hot springs that seep up from the volcanic fissures below. For two hours either side of low tide you can find a hot spot and dig yourself a pool to relax in the warm therapeutic waters and enjoy the view of the South Pacific Ocean.

Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is a 700m walk to the beach, ideally located to enjoy the springs and explore this picturesque coastline. Family owned and operated, our Holiday Park offers a full range of accommodation options and large sheltered sites in a natural bush and park setting with its own microclimate. World Famous Cathedral Cove is only a 10 min drive away. Local cafés and an art gallery are within easy walking distance and you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, surfing as well as exploring the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.

Very well organised, clean and fun place to be. Many daily activities for kids, fantastic pool and playground. Great location and a nice walk away from Hot Water Beach. The park offers accommodation for everyone from free camping, power sites, beautiful deluxe cabins and much more

This place is an absolute gem. We were so excited to see the beautiful new pool, and it was a perfect spot for us all to relax and cool down. The facilities are spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone in shared spaces, it never felt crowded or overrun. Everything was sparkling clean and I really love that the kitchens are stocked with all sorts of bits and pieces that might have otherwise been forgotten. The location is amazing of course, and the staff deserve a special mention for their genuine hospitality and willingness to help. We can't wait to go back.

Highly recommend!! By far the nicest camping ground we have ever stayed in. The amenities are immaculate. The camp facilities for entertainment are fantastic. The grounds are well laid out, spacious, with trees and shrubs for privacy. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff. It definitely ticks all the boxes.

The location is perfect. The pool and spa are beautiful and large. Short, easy, flat walk to the beach. Facilities were very clean (bathrooms cleaned by staff multiple times a day). Exceeded our expectations. We look forward to coming back.

Park FAQs

Free Parking?

All parking in our Holiday Park is free if you are staying with us. From here it is a 10min walk to the beach. The middle beach carpark is also free parking.
Supermarket?

We have a well stocked shop on site. The closest dairy is in Hahei – Hahei General Store. Whitianga (30min drive) has a Countdown and New World.
Tour Bookings?

All the best local tours can be booked at reception (NO extra charge)
Smoking?

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. This is for the comfort of all our guests.
Swimming Pool?

Our swimming pool complex opens on 24 December 2023! This includes a soak pool (Spa pool without the bubbles), a big pool that is 20m long and 8m wide (ambient temperature in summer, heated in winter) and a kiddies pool.

We are 700m from the beach – an easy 10min walk
Air Conditioning?

Charcoal BBQs are banned inside our Park at all times.
Reception & Shop Hours?

Dogs Allowed?

What is the cancellation policy?

A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival. All cancellations for bookings made on top10.co.nz must be made via the TOP 10 Online reservation system here using your reservation confirmation number.
